What are your office hours?

Torquay (Hagley House and Vaughan Parade) – 9.00am to 5.15pm
Newton Abbot – 9.00am (closed for lunch - 12.45 until 2.00) to 5.15pm
Ashburton – 9.00am (closed for lunch - 12.00 until 2.00) to 5.00pm

Where can I park?

Torquay
• Hagley House - The harbour cark park, The Terrace. For more detailed information, click here.
• Vaughan Parade - Fleet Walk car park, The Strand. For more detailed
information, click here.

Newton Abbot
• Roadside parking available (one hour only) or unlimited parking (for disabled only) at rear of office. For more detailed information, click here.

Ashburton
• Car Park - From East Street, turn into North Street and take the first left into car park. For more detailed information, click here.

What are my payment options?

We accept the following methods of payment:
• Credit card - Visa, Delta and Mastercard with a remittance slip or over the phone. Credit Card disbursements made on your behalf will incur a 3% additional charge as standard.
• Cash, up to the sum of £500
• Cheques made payable to: Kitson Hutchings Solicitors

We DO NOT accept the following:
• Switch or Maestro
• Cash over £500

We may be entitled to charge interest at 8% for late payments.

Is there wheelchair access?

All of our offices are centrally located, however, not all offer wheelchair access. Whilst we endeavour to make our premises as user-friendly as possible, the changes we are permitted to make are limited. If you are disabled, all of our advisors are happy to meet you in a convenient place of your choice, perhaps at home or work.

From Fleet Walk, turn into The Terrace, pass Eve ladies boutique and Rhythm & Blues public house. Continue up the hill and we are situated just before the first turning on your left. Kitson Hutchings is a light blue building opposite the rear entrance of Hoopers.

From Torwood Street, turn into The Terrace. Kitson Hutchings is a light blue building situated just after the second turning on your right, opposite Hoopers department store.
