Q. What are your office hours?
A. The offices are open on the following hours:
Monday to Friday
- Torquay - 9.00am to 5.15pm
- Newton Abbot - 9.00am (closed for lunch - 12.45 until 2.00) to 5.15pm
- Exeter - 9.00am to 5.15pm (this office may close during lunch hours from time to time, please telephone in advance to avoid any inconvenience)
- Plymouth - 9.00am to 5.15pm (this office may close during lunch hours, please telephone in advance to avoid any inconvenience)
- Alternative times may be available by arrangement
Saturday and Sunday
Q. Where can I park?
A. Car parks are available at the following locations:
- Torquay - The harbour cark park, The Terrace
- Newton Abbot - Roadside parking available (one hour only) or unlimited parking (for disabled only) at rear of office
- Exeter - Metered parking available on Southernhay Gardens
- Plymouth - Limited on street parking, Staples pay and display car park is 5 minutes walk
Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit and Debit cards - Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo with a remittance slip or over the phone.
Credit Card payments for disbursements made on your behalf will incur an additional charge equal to that which we are charged by our card handling agency, currently 2% for Private Cards and 2.5% Company Cards however please ask at the time of payment.
- Cash, up to the sum of £500
- Cheques made payable to: Kitson Hutchings Solicitors
We DO NOT accept the following:
- American Express
- Cash over £500
We may be entitled to charge interest at 8% for late payments.
Q. Is there wheelchair access?
A. All of our offices are centrally located and provide access for the disabled. If you are disabled all of our advisors will be happy to meet you in a convenient place of your choice, perhaps at home or work.
Q. Where are you?
A. Torquay
From Fleet Walk, turn into The Terrace and pass Rhythm & Blues public house. Continue up the hill, we are situated just before the first turning on your left. Kitson Hutchings is a light blue building opposite the rear entrance of Hoopers.
From Torwood Street, turn into The Terrace. Kitson Hutchings is a light blue building situated just after the second turning on your right, opposite Hoopers department store.
Newton Abbot
Kitson Hutchings is the light blue building situated on the corner of Devon Square as the road leads out towards East Street/Torquay Road.
Exeter
Kitson Hutchings is located in The Forum at the top-end of Southernhay Gardens. A map is provided outside the gardens for your use.
Plymouth
Kitson Hutchings is located in Bretonside and is 5 minutes walk from the bus station.
