Andrew graduated from Bournemouth University with a Business Law Degree and later completed a Diploma in Legal Practice at Exeter University. He was admitted as a solicitor with Kitsons in 1997 and became a partner in 1999. Andrew specialises in commercial and contractual disputes, all aspects of employment law and emergency injunctions. Andrew also has substantial experience in dealing with partnership disputes and dissolution and further undertakes non-contentious employment work including drafting of employment documentation, redundancy procedure, advice on business transfer and re-organisations within the workplace. Andrew is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
