The Employment team is led by Partner, Rhodri Davey and Associate, Lucie Biddick, both of whom are recognised as Leaders in the field of Employment Law by Chambers and Partners Legal Directory.

We specialise in HR support, providing pragmatic and commercial advice to employers on issues ranging from TUPE transfers and business reorganisation to the day to day management of employees.  The reputation that follows such depth of advice has led to the acquisition of a wealth of clients, both regionally and nationally, ranging from not-for-profit organisations and charities to local businesses and national companies.

We provide in house training for HR Managers and Line Managers to reduce the potential for litigation.  We also hold regular breakfast seminars tackling forthcoming legislation and advising on measures to be adopted.   The open forum is particularly popular, giving you the opportunity to ask us questions.
