At Kitson Hutchings our family department is well equipped to advise clients about all aspects of family law, with sympathetic and practical advice we can help you resolve issues as quickly and trouble-free as possible.

Although Public Funding (Legal Aid) has been reduced by the Government, this type of work still forms a significant part of our caseload and where available, we continue to provide this service for our clients, from preliminary advice - called Legal Help - to a fully certificated case.

Three of our family team are qualified mediators and regularly conduct family mediation sessions.
